PROJECT BLUE BOOK—Our Formerly Secret History of UFO Sightings

After nine months of filming beautiful orbs, UFOs, and other mysterious light objects above San Francisco, I really wanted to get some historical perspective on what I have been seeing. Project Blue Book gave me that opportunity. It is a collection of United States citizens’ reports of UFO sightings that used to be classified, but now it is not. The reports themselves proved to be fascinating, as expected. What was not expected was the U.S. Air Force’s response—to those who reported the sightings, and to the treatment of the sightings themselves. Well worth a fresh look at a period of our history, that was once hidden from us, and now is not.
